Albany Sprint Triathlon

This morning was Joe's second sprint triathlon! He did sooooo awesome!! I am so proud of him!! It was GORGEOUS weather and totally different than it was two weeks ago...aside from a screaming Boo. I mean it when I say, next time, she is NOT going with us. Sheesh! ;-) The swim was longer this time, and we actually got to watch him. Let me tell you, he is GOOD. He was the second in his heat, and he passed the first guy AND the last guy!! Seriously. SO good. ;-)

Even though his buddy, Paul, did the race with him, he let him borrow his wheels (and Paul put his wife's HOT PINK wheels on his own bike). ;-)
